Contratos de aluguel

Under the Civil Code a residential lease (naem) may run for at most five years; if no term is written, five years is assumed. Leases shorter than one year count as short-term and give the tenant fewer statutory protections, such as no pre-emptive right to renew. (Fonte, 2026-10)

Alugando como estrangeiro

Foreign nationals must be placed on migration registration at their place of stay, generally within seven working days of arrival; for a rented flat the host (usually the landlord) files the notification, so confirm the landlord will do this before signing. (Fonte, 2026-10)

Regras de aluguel de curta duração

• Russia: The Housing Code bars hotels in residential premises and states that a flat in an apartment building may not be used to provide hotel services. (Fonte, 2026-10)
