Wie flatapartments.com funktioniert

flatapartments.com is a search and comparison service for apartments and flats. You tell us where you're going, when, and how many people are coming. We work out which rental sites cover that place and suit your length of stay, then send you to each one with your search already filled in.

1. One search

Type a city, choose check-in and check-out (or move-in and move-out) dates and the number of guests. Dates are optional: if you're still flexible, we'll open each site without them.

2. The right sites for your stay

A long weekend and a six-month relocation need different platforms. For stays under four weeks we put nightly-stay sites such as Booking.com, Agoda and Vrbo first. For a month or more we lead with platforms built for furnished monthly rentals, such as HousingAnywhere, Spotahome and Uniplaces, where they cover your city. Nightly sites stay in the list because many hosts offer monthly discounts.

The order depends only on how well each site fits your stay and where it operates. Whether we earn a commission from a site never affects where it appears.

3. Compare and book on the provider's site

Each button opens the provider's own search results in a new tab. Prices, photos, reviews and availability come straight from them, so they're always current. When you find the right place, you book and pay on that site. Your contract is with the provider or host, and they handle payment, changes, cancellations and support.

What we don't do

• We don't own, manage or rent any property, and we don't take bookings or payments.
• We don't copy listings, photos or prices from other websites.
• We don't add fees to the price you pay.
• We don't make up prices, ratings or availability. Where we show live prices, they come from a provider's official partner feed and are labelled as such.
